A normal move-in clean will not get a rebuild ready for habitation. We do a written four-stage rebuild detail: HEPA dust pull on all surfaces top-down, wet wipe of every interior cabinet drawer and shelf, glass and fixture polish, full appliance interior detail. It runs eight to twelve hours with three to four cleaners and is priced flat per scope. We coordinate with your GC, decorator, and any specialty installers on schedule so we are not in their way.
