WeHo is the densest cleaning market in LA — high-rises, lofts, bungalows, duplexes, all packed into 1.9 square miles. Our crews are routed by building, COI is pre-submitted to every major high-rise, and we run evening and weekend slots at the same flat rate.
We have cleaned hundreds of homes across West Hollywood — from Sunset Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard down through every street in 90046, 90048, 90069. Our crews know what these homes deal with and arrive with the right products, the right equipment, and a checklist tailored to West Hollywood living.
West Hollywood is the densest residential market in LA County. 1.9 square miles. Roughly 36,000 residents. More cleaning demand per acre than anywhere else we serve. The housing stock is also the most varied in any neighborhood — 30-story Sunset Strip high-rises one block from 1920s Norma Triangle bungalows one block from Sunset Plaza condos. Our WeHo operation is routed by building rather than by date because that is the only way to make the math work — three crews per building, three buildings per day, no driving more than four blocks between jobs.
Communication and access matter more here than anywhere else. Almost no one is home for the clean. Almost everyone uses smart locks or building front desks for entry. Almost every high-rise requires a Certificate of Insurance on file with management before the cleaner is allowed past the front desk. We pre-submit COIs to Sierra Towers, Empire West, Granville Towers, Wetherly, the Doheny Plaza, Park Wilshire, and most of the major buildings. Front desk staff at those buildings know our crews by name.
The high-rises along Sunset between Doheny and Crescent Heights — Sierra Towers, Empire West, the Granville, the Park Wellington — are some of the most iconic residential buildings in LA. Units run 1,400 to 6,000 sq ft, mostly two- and three-bedroom condos with balconies facing the Strip or the Hollywood Hills. The cleaning challenge is mostly logistical, not material — freight elevator scheduling, COI management, building staff coordination, package pickup from the front desk, dry cleaning return. We handle all of it as part of standard WeHo service.
Most Sunset Strip tower clients are bi-weekly cadence with a quarterly deep clean. Pricing runs $230 to $480 per visit depending on unit size and scope. A 1,800 sq ft two-bedroom is $230 to $290. A 3,500 sq ft three-bedroom is $360 to $480. Penthouse and full-floor units quoted in person.
South of Sunset, west of La Cienega, north of Santa Monica Boulevard — the Norma Triangle — is mostly 1920s and 1930s Spanish bungalows and small two-story duplexes. 1,000 to 2,400 sq ft. Original tile, original hardwood, updated kitchens. The cleaning here is similar to what we do in Carlson Park in Culver City — soft brushes on original tile, damp microfiber on hardwood, pH-neutral products throughout.
Norma Triangle clients are mostly weekly or bi-weekly with a high share of single-professional and couple households. Many work nontraditional hours and prefer evening or early-morning slots. Pricing runs $170 to $260 bi-weekly depending on size, with weekly clients at roughly 15 percent less per visit.
WeHo prices roughly in line with Beverly Hills 90211 and the Mid-City portion of Beverly Hills 90212 — slightly above Mid-City to the east, slightly below Beverly Hills above Sunset to the west. A 1,400 sq ft Norma Triangle bungalow on bi-weekly is $190 to $230. A 2,400 sq ft duplex unit on Harper or Kings on bi-weekly is $250 to $310. A 1,800 sq ft Sunset Strip two-bedroom condo on bi-weekly is $230 to $290. A 3,500 sq ft Sierra Towers three-bedroom on weekly is $360 to $480.
Add-ons are standard: laundry turnover at $25 to $40 per visit, bed linen change at $15 per bed, oven and fridge interior at $40 each, balcony wipe-down at $30 to $50 for high-rise units. We will quote everything flat, in writing, before the first visit.
If you live anywhere near these, you are squarely in our route.
